Please read the commission form carefully before submitting your order.✨

📌 INTRODUCTION

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms and conditions.

  • Major changes can only be requested during the sketch phase. Minor edits are okay! Significant revisions during the LINEART / COLORING / FINAL stage will incur an additional fee. If the mistake is on my end, the fix will be free of charge.

  • I do not draw original character commissions based solely on written descriptions. You must provide one or more reference materials for the character design — for each part or detail you consider important for accurate depiction.

  • Completion may take from 5 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. All final files will be delivered via email.

💳 PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • Full payment is required upfront by PayPal (in USD).

  • Orders starting at $100 USD are eligible for a 50/50 split payment option.

  • A full refund will be issued if I'm unable to complete your commission due to personal reasons.

  • No refunds will be issued once the sketch phase has been approved.

  • Refunds are not available for completed works.

🔒 USAGE POLICY

  • Clients are granted rights to use their commissioned artwork strictly for personal purposes only (such as icons, individual prints, and non-commercial products). Any commercial or profit-driven use is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization.

  • Unauthorized conversion of my artwork into NFTs or use for AI training is strictly forbidden. As the original artist, I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned pieces.

  • For any commercial licensing inquiries, please refer to the “2025 PDF TERMS” (currently unavailable) or contact me directly via email at [email protected]. Alternatively, you may select the commercial use option when submitting your commission form to receive the latest terms and applicable fees.

  • Clear communication and formal agreements ensure transparency and protect both parties.

  • PORTRAIT — $50,00 USD
    Medium shot of the character with a neutral, non-detailed background.

  • CHARACTER SHEET — $80,00 USD
    Full-body character on a simple background.

  • CHARACTER PANEL — $100,00 USD
    Three-quarter body (American shot) of the character with a detailed background; features a basic casual look of the character.

  • REFERENCE PANEL — $180,00 USD
    Full-body character in a neutral pose (front and back views), with a plain background; includes 3 facial expressions and 2 props (accessories, gear, items, pet, or vehicle).

  • EXTRA CHARACTERS — +40% of the original service price
    For adding more than one character in the same artwork.

  • VFX PANEL — $70,00 USD
    A set of up to three individual illustrations showcasing the character's special abilities or item effects, on a neutral background.

  • PROPS — $25,00 USD per item
    Add visual elements such as accessories, equipment, companion animals, vehicles, or similar objects. Priced per unit.
